TransFirst Announces Organizational Changes

TransFirst, a leading provider of transaction processing services, has announced major changes to TransFirst’s executive leadership team. Long-standing Chief Financial Officer, Mark Travis, has transitioned to an advisory role with the company and Nancy Disman, who joined TransFirst in 2014 as Senior Vice President for Investor Relations, has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining TransFirst, Nancy served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Cynergy Data Corporation. She also spent 11 years at First Data Corporation in various finance and operations leadership positions, including Chief Operations Officer of the Retail and Alliances Services division and Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Services division.
