Tri-Technical Systems (Tri-Tech), a national leader in retail business software solutions, is excited to announce feature expansions and enhancements to their flagship software product AIMsi. Tri-Tech is known for its robust PC-based point of sale (POS) software and vertical specific features. One particularly strong AIMsi vertical is the gun store/range industry. Tri-Tech has partnered with several leading companies from the gun industry to offer users detailed product catalog imports via their Business to Business (B2B) interface. For B2B imports AIMsi interfaces to SportsSouth, Ellett Brothers, RSR Group and Acusport. Additionally, AIMsi has been equipped with gunsmith tracking, shooting range management, and completely automated bound book features that are ATF compliant.

In addition to the gun store/range market, Tri-Tech’s vertical list includes musical instrument, golf course, consignment/resale, appliance stores, sports bars, bicycle and fitness, vacuum, sewing, liquor, hobby and general retail. In order to offer greater flexibility for these various markets, AIMsi is sold in two versions: AIMsi Lite and AIMsi Pro. AIMsi Lite contains many of the same robust options as AIMsi Pro; however, it is a streamlined package ideal for startup and smaller businesses. AIMsi Lite retails for $495, and includes all features found in AIMsi Pro’s Basic Package which retails at $995. Features include complete POS activity, inventory management functions with barcode printing, gift and loyalty card tracking, and more. AIMsi Lite is limited to one location license and a maximum of 2 workstation licenses and requires an upgrade to the Pro edition in order to interface to any of the AIMsi add-on modules. The add-on modules include Purchase Orders, Accounts Payable & General Ledger, Email, Contact Management, Rentals, Repair & Service and Lesson/Appointment Scheduling & Billing.
