Many VARs, integrators, and MSPs that provide IT solutions and services outside of retail are becoming very familiar with cloud computing services. In the retail and restaurant spaces, however, the term is often misused and misunderstood. Some resellers resist cloud-based POS due to a lack of knowledge and experience.
