For years, VARs interested in growing their businesses have struggled with the dilemma of expanding into new verticals to increase sales or to get hyper-focused on a single core vertical. I’ve interviewed enough VARs to know that both strategies can work. Rather than attempt to determine which course of action is best (impossible without knowing your exact situation), we decided to hear from a few experts about both.
