Epson America, Inc., a leading supplier of value-added Point of Sale (POS) solutions, recently announced that Wait List Ordering LLC, a provider of white labeled mobile software solutions for restaurants’ wait list and reservations, has selected Epson’s Omnilink TM-T88V-i and OmniLink TM-T20II-i intelligent printers for their unique ePOS Print and Server Direct Print technologies to manage restaurant reservations and pre-orders. Wait List Ordering is a white labeled application that features a pre-ordering platform to help restaurants increase table turnover while boosting sales, guest satisfaction and customer loyalty. It includes a host app and mobile guest app, both solely dedicated to the restaurant’s brand. Wait List Ordering’s application leverages Epson’s ePOS Print and Server Direct Print technologies to manage tasks as well as orders that come directly from customers’ smart phones, tablets or personal computers. The OmniLink TM-T88V-i and OmniLink TM-T20II-i act as printer hubs and can also communicate with Wait List Ordering’s cloud server to check on reservations and orders, which ensures the highest level of order processing.

“Epson’s innovative and smart solutions enable guest reservations and orders to be routed directly to the host and kitchen from any smartphone or web–enabled device for immediate processing,” said Nicolas Chaillan, CEO, Wait List Ordering. “ Restaurants typically have an average wait list of 6.6 hours a week, with parties waiting nearly half an hour. Together with Epson,we can greatly improve this waiting experience everywhere.”

“Wait List Ordering has done a fantastic job integrating its innovative mobile software with our Epson OmniLink intelligent solutions,” said Tom Kettell, director, commercial channel sales at Epson. “Given that it's becoming an increasingly mobile-first world, Wait List Ordering is instrumental in allowing restaurant owners to provide their customers with increasingly sophisticated mobile options to expedite reservations and pre-order their drinks and meals.”

About Wait List Ordering
Located in Washington DC, Wait List Ordering was conceived to disrupt the restaurant industry by strategically removing the “wait” out of waiting. Waiting to be seated can be uncomfortable for guests and costly for restaurant owners. Consequently of this lingering frustration, the company developed and patented a product and process that significantly reduces unnecessary wait time and improves the dining experience for both the consumer and the restaurant staff and owners. Wait List Ordering will help consumers enjoy their dining experience while simultaneously helping restaurants become more efficient and more profitable. http://www.waitlistordering.com/
