WavestoreUSA Boosts Service And Support Network With Addition Of Seasoned Applications Engineer

WavestoreUSA, a provider of professional digital video and audio recording solutions for surveillance applications, today announced the appointment of Emerson Rodrigues to the role of Applications Engineer. Rodrigues will serve as a primary technical resource for the robust network of WavestoreUSA installers, manufacturer’s representatives, consultants and end users.

Rodrigues will drive pre-sales support for WavestoreUSA customers and will play a pivotal role in the sales process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the installation, configuration, management and support of WavestoreUSA technologies.

Rodrigues brings 10 years of experience in network environments ranging from storage platforms, server and database management, and IP surveillance systems. He previously served as Network Administrator for Argent Systems, where he implemented and designed client-server based networks for the hospitality, healthcare and municipal environments. Earlier in his career, he held the role of Network Administrator with DSR Technologies, focusing on the design of Windows and Linux-based platforms. He was also an IT/Video Surveillance Technician with Security Camera World, where he spearheaded support for the company’s wide range of residential and commercial customers.
