Why Agility Equates To Longevity In Managed Services

By The Business Solutions Network

Last month I attended LogicNow’s (previously GFI Software’s) partner conference in Orlando. I continue to be amazed at the great nonpromotional educational content that’s shared at MSP events in general. This event was no exception. Indeed, during the keynote on day one, Dave Sobel, director of partner community for GFI, took the stage to talk about the value of MSPs and how they can be successful long term through stability and agility.

The difficulty, as Sobel points out, is that, generally speaking, successful MSPs are standardized to provide a stable, consistent set of offerings that give predictable results. That’s great, and exhibiting these traits is ideal for a consistent service to customers. It is, however, directly opposed to being agile.
