From The Editor: Standing Still: The Worst Step You Can Take

There is a paperweight on my desk that reads, "What would you attempt to do if you knew you would not fail?" It is an interesting question to ponder. When I talk to the most successful VARs and managed services providers (MSPs) and ask them — "What is growing your business?" — I often hear about some chance those business owners took to push their IT company forward. I can guarantee they felt trepidation, but they still took the risk, and with that willingness to jump into the unknown often comes great success. In fact, the author given credit for that first quote said this as well: "High achievers spot rich opportunities swiftly, make big decisions quickly, and move into action immediately."
