SMB Icebreaker II

SMB Icebreaker is a customer acquisition program designed to offer partners significant discounts for selling to small to midsize business (SMB) customers (250 employees or less) on deals which meet the criteria set forth under this program.

This program offers 52 percent off Global Price List (GPL) to Cisco Authorized Distributors on specific products, on deals where the partner is selling to non-Cisco accounts. Select products from LAN switching, routing, security wireless and voice technologies are included in this program. Cisco partners can use this program for a deal where the end-customer is a new account to Cisco for any of the included technologies as long as they have not used SMB Icebreaker or SMB Icebreaker II program before. This program can be used by partners to be more cost competitive in penetrating new accounts in key commercial market while maintaining attractive margins.
