High serviceability is emphasized in this series with user-friendly device maintenance through cover at the back of the monitor for easy HDD installation/removal and simple memory upgradeability.

- Effective heat dissipation design of aluminum die casting main housing.
- Durable resistive type touch sensor.
- Power guard feature with software controlled power switch defined as "ON" only to prevent accidental shutdown of systems.
- A patented finger release lever "Gear Lock" mechanism easily adjusts the LCD tilt angle from 15° to 70°.
- High serviceability mechanical design for easy HDD maintenance and memory upgradeability.
- Push-open cover to protect power switch from accidental shutdown of the system, providing extra security to the operation.
- Choice of rear mount option between customer pole display and 2nd LCD display.
