And just like that, one month of 2017 is in the books. Time flies, doesn’t it? In this column last month, I urged you to focus on adding more recurring revenue to your business this year. What steps have you taken thus far? I’m not suggesting you should have already implemented a plan, but if you haven’t at least begun the process of investigating or even thinking about where recurring revenue and your business intersect, you’re wasting valuable time. In fact, while you’re in the mode of thinking about your business, why not take an even wider look? During a recent conversation with a friend in the industry, we somehow wandered onto the topic of what an ideal IT solutions provider looks like today.
