When I ask VARs what makes them different/better/more successful than their competition, more often than not, I know what the answer will be. "We really care about our customers." "We listen to them." "We hire great people." Sound like the answer you'd give? That's what every VAR tells me. The reality is, while you might care about your customers, and listen to them, and hire great people, there's more to your success than that. The true reasons for success are within the details. So, when I recently spoke with integrator AdvizeX and asked what makes it successful, I was pleased to discover some very specific reasons why the company is growing.
