As customer demand and expectations have shifted to subscription-based solutions, so must your line card.

If you don’t have subscription cloud-based POS software options on your line card, you could find yourself missing sales opportunities in the future. While cloud software options aren’t always cheaper than the traditional alternatives, the monthly payments can be more palatable to cost-conscious customers. Additionally, since most subscription-based platforms provide free upgrades as long as customers pay, the legacy model of costly upgrades looks even less appealing. This was the situation Retail Control Systems (RCS) encountered with Colorado-based The Wing Shack.
