And once the technology is deployed, clients will come up with additional uses that standard short range badges could not support providing greater opportunities for integrators who are creative and can integrate new systems with this technology.
2. Electronic Mustering Systems Integrated Into PACS
   Physical Access Control systems tied with electronic mustering systems quickly track employee occupancy, improving security and safety. These solutions are becoming required by safety groups, but need to be tied into the physical security system to work best. With electronic mustering systems using mobile handheld devices, long range RFID, text messaging, and voice options, onsite employees can be tracked and kept safe at all times even during emergencies.
