AnyDoc Software Integrates With DocuSphere Content Manager
AnyDoc Software, a leading provider of automated document, data capture, and classification solutions, announced integration of the AnyDoc Software suite with DocuSphere® Content Manager, developed by Image Integration Systems, Inc. (IIS).
The DocuSphere Content Manager is a powerful, complete, and integrated document management solution and the core component in the DocuSphere family of integrated process improvement products. For additional focus in the Accounts Payable (AP) marketplace, IIS developed DocuSphere All-in-One for JD Edwards AP as a comprehensive solution designed for accounts payable processing with JD Edwards to meet the growing demand for AP automation.
To complement this solution, IIS leverages the advanced data capture of AnyDoc®INVOICE™ as the intelligent "on ramp" to integrated AP automation. AnyDocINVOICE automatically extracts and validates pertinent data from vendor invoices including invoice numbers, purchase order numbers, line item details, totals, and more—without the use of templates—and releases the accurate, verified data to DocuSphere to initiate the process workflow. In combination with DocuSphere's subsequent automated line item matching and automated vouchering, AP invoice processing can be nearly "hands free."
