Back To The Future Of Managed Services

I have to say, I was disappointed that I missed the opening keynote to the Autotask second annual partner summit, Autotask CommunITy Live in Miami, FL, April 19-20.

I was lucky enough to run into Autotask partner Travis Austin of MSPintegrations and see his homegrown video testimonial to Autotask (ask Travis about those smiley face boxers if you get the chance to pick his brain) on a cool new iPad, and also talk to Autotask CEO Bob Godgart.

Bob was still recovering from a phenomenal start to this, his company's second annual partner summit. The event kicked off with Bob sharing a live conversation with a "Back to the Future" style innovator concerned about the future of managed services. That kickoff set the stage for a two-day event during which Autotask partners are in Miami to share how they use the Autotask products, where they hope the vendor's roadmap is headed, and to learn how the vendor's recent acquistion of VARstreet can help grow their IT business.
