Business Solutions And The RSPA Announce 2016 POS Pacesetter Award Winners At RetailNOW
Grapevine, TX – Alert POS, American Metro, NCC, Postec, and Signature Systems were named Point Of Sale Pacesetter Award winners at the RetailNOW awards presentation in Grapevine, TX on August 2, 2016. Business Solutions partnered with the RSPA to recognize the most innovative solution providers in the POS ecosystem.

Alert POS was nominated by Moneris for their innovation in the hospitality and retail verticals. They have added “Actionable Intelligence” (AI) to improve security features of their POS solution. From EMV to immediate law enforcement notification to drones, customers can have 360-degree business protection. They partnered to provide a solution for the Miami Open, a two-week international tennis tournament that draws 300,000+ fans. More than 60 terminals were supported in one network where sites were more than a half mile apart and spanned 19 different venues. The Miami Open required menu updates throughout the event, system wide and site level reporting, and the ability to honor player and volunteer meal cards. American Metro is predicting a double-digit sales growth rate in 2016.

They are currently rolling out a beta version for EMV Pay-At-Table and will soon be installing mobile POS for EMV-enabled pizza delivery. Signature Systems had a 300%+ sales growth rate in 2015 and is projecting an additional 80%+ sales growth rate in 2016.
