BDR solutions have become big business as more companies understand the value of data and develop less tolerance for risk. But, VARs and managed services providers (MSPs) are still making common mistakes with BDR deployments. Plus, they are overlooking converging technology sales that can extend successful BDR deployments into long-term customer relationships. I spoke with several vendors that offered advice on avoiding common mistakes during the sales and deployment process as well as how to extend BDR projects by including security and managed services.
