Electronic Payments Signs On As The Official Title Sponsor Of The Supercross Cup 2013

Electronic Payments, a national, leading innovator in payment processing solutions, is pleased to announce its support of the Supercross Cup 2013 as the official title sponsor.  Now entitled the Electronic Payments Supercross Cup 2013, the annual race is one of the thirty-six premier UCI cyclocross events on the U.S. domestic calendar. The weekend event will occur on Saturday, November 23rd – Sunday, November 24th, 2013 at the Anthony Wayne Recreation Area in Stony Point, New York.

As a corporate sponsor, Electronic Payments contributes to the overall success and growth of the cyclocross sport, one of cycling’s rapidly-expanding disciplines that combines cycling, running and steeplechase on an on-and-off road circuit.   The event attracts nearly 400 national and international athletes, creating a social community where novice and professional cycling enthusiasts can engage and compete.  Proceeds fulfill charitable goals to organizations such as Best Buddies, The Retreat and Tuesday’s Children.

“The Supercross Cup embodies everything the cycling scene values and represents – integrity, discipline, commitment, and dedication,” stated Michael Nardy, Electronic Payments Founder and CEO.  “This sponsorship enables us to elevate the sport and raise awareness about health, fitness and environmental sensibility. We’re thrilled to be involved.”

Mr. Nardy added, “With one of our offices situated in New York, the Supercross Cup is the ideal venue to support the exceptionally talented athletes competing right here in our backyard.   We look forward to making it the best race experience for participants and spectators this year and beyond.”

The Electronic Payments Supercross Cup 2013 is presented by the Hampton Velo and Kissena Cycling Clubs.  Registration is available online at www.bikereg.com/net/20125 through Thursday, November 21st, 2013, at 12:00pm Noon.
