Harbortouch announced a new version of the POS Sales Center iPad app. Not only did Harbortouch redesign the app to be more user-friendly and visually appealing, but also added powerful new functionality to the app.
The most notable new feature is the ability for resellers to complete entire merchant applications with all supporting documents and submit them directly through the app. The app features an intuitive wizard that steps you through the process of completing the merchant application, POS service agreement, and POS Account Setup Form. You can even use the iPad's camera to take photos of supporting documents so that the entire process can be handled with the app. Further, the app allows you to prepare POS proposals for potential merchants and then automatically populate the application documents using the merchant's information from the proposal once they are ready to sign.
This update also adds live demo functionality for hospitality, QSR & delivery, and retail. This eliminates the need for a second live demo app and helps streamline your sales process.
The new app can be downloaded on the Apple App Store. Once downloaded, you will need to login using your Sales Rep ID and Harbortouch Online password. Please delete any previous versions of the Sales Center or Live Demo apps from your iPad before downloading the new app. Please note that the app is only compatible with iPad 2 or later and iOS 7.0 or later.
