J2 225 Warranty Summary And RMA Procedures

DOA POLICY: 30-day DOA advance replacement.

STANDARD DEPOT COVERAGE: 3 year depot coverage for parts and labor. Normal wear and tear, physical damage to plastics, touch screen, LCD, motherboard due to inadequate surge suppression are excluded.

OPTIONAL DEPOT COVERAGE: 4th year+ depot coverage for parts at an additional cost per terminal per year of coverage. Labor is billed at additional hourly charge (typical J2 Tech repair time is 1-2 hours).

OPTIONAL CUSTOM SPARES PLAN: J2 will customize a ‘Spare-In-The-Air’ or ‘Spare Pool’ plan for an additional charge per terminal.
