Sennheiser Showcases Its High-Performance Unified Communications Headsets At Microsoft Ignite

Sennheiser, a leading manufacturer of premium headset solutions, is showcasing its product line for the contact center and office (CC&O) marketplace at the Microsoft Ignite Conference, taking place May 4 – 8 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois. Sennheiser will be located at booth #357 at the event.

At the Sennheiser exhibit, the company is demonstrating a wide range of Skype for Business certified headsets and speakerphones, appropriate for unified communications (UC) deployments. These products boast robust features including superior noise cancellation for loud call center environments, and industry-leading voice intelligibility to help ensure a positive engagement experience for end-customers and partners. Sennheiser will showcase the new D 10 series, plus the DW, SD wireless, Century, Circle, Culture, MB and PRESENCE headsets. In addition, the company will present its new, award-winning set of portable, plug-and-play UC speakerphones, the SP 10 and SP 20.

“We’re thrilled to be a part of Microsoft Ignite,” said Bill Whearty, vice president, sales and marketing, CC&O, Americas, Sennheiser Electronic Corp. “As more businesses implement unified communications environments, particularly on the new Skype for Business platform, expectations for these more complex solutions increase. Intelligible customer engagements are a baseline requirement for these enhanced platforms. The audio quality of the headsets involved must correlate with that high-end functionality, facilitating effective, productive experiences between enterprises and their end-customers.”

The Microsoft Ignite conference is designed for IT professionals, decision-makers and developers who work with Microsoft applications including Skype for Business, Exchange, Lync, Project and SharePoint, delivering insights on key technology trends. Presentations and exhibits provide hands-on experience to increase attendees’ technical skills and suggest innovative ways to maximize application development.
