The solutions that MICROS is offering includee-commerce, order management, customer relationship management, and cloud point-of-service.
By utilizing the MICROS omni-channel product suite, Steve Madden will increase traffic and conversion in both its online and mobile channels. Using MICROS’s customer relationship management and order management solutions in tandem, will provide a seamless customer experience.
