StorageCraft Unveils New MSP Portal
New gateway a tool to help partners maximize profits
Life just got even easier for solution providers who partner with StorageCraft Technology Corporation as the company recently announced the rollout of a new tool for its managed service provider (MSP) partners. The new StorageCraft MSP Portal is a gateway that provides MSP partners the ability to efficiently access and utilize information and tools needed to be a successful StorageCraft backup and recovery solution provider.
The new StorageCraft MSP Portal features user-friendly interface enhancements that will benefit more than 4,000 current MSP partners worldwide who are licensing StorageCraft MSP products. As of March 2014, more than 200,000* servers are protected with monthly MSP subscriptions of StorageCraft ShadowProtect. The new Portal also provides additional functionality and optimization for MSP partners who manage their StorageCraft MSP licenses by using a tablet, such as an iPad or Windows Surface device.
The StorageCraft MSP Portal is a component of the award-winning StorageCraft Profit-Ability Partner Program that allows participants to maximize profits when selling StorageCraft backup and disaster recovery products. The new Portal is the latest tool that StorageCraft has provided to help its partners increase their profits, simplify the way they manage their clients’ backup environments and better serve their clients overall.
“For more than 10 years, we have been committed to providing tools that improve the way MSPs do business, including partners who provide professional service automation (PSA) and remote management and monitoring (RMM) tools, as well as partners who create backup and disaster recovery (BDR) appliances,” said StorageCraft CEO Jeff Shreeve. “We understand that in order for StorageCraft to be successful, our partners must be successful. This is evident in the fact that our MSP program has had more than 100-percent year-over-year growth for the last three years.”
Earlier this month StorageCraft received its second-consecutive 5-Star rating in the CRN 2014 Partner Program Guide. The annual directory is the definitive listing of technology vendors that service solution providers or provide products through the information technology (IT) channel. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
In addition to the MSP partners who work directly with StorageCraft, many MSPs benefit from the reliability of StorageCraft technology by working with StorageCraft OEM Partners. StorageCraft Alliance Partners include:
- Autotask Corporation
- LabTech Software
- N-able by SolarWinds
- AVG Managed Workplace
- Advanced Backup Solutions
- Datto, Inc.
