The partnership allows Tigerpaw’s IT service providers to gain valuable business insights from key data while providing secure access and customizable, visual reports to share with key contacts.

BrightGauge’s integration with Tigerpaw 14 professional services automation (PSA) platform, enables service providers to bring all their data into one platform and utilize real-time dashboards to help visualize the IT service team’s performance with customers.

The integration includes more than 50 default and prebuilt metrics and KPIs and also integrates with QuickBooks, RMM solutions and any SQL database, said Tigerpaw President James Foxall.
