Unified Power was formed by the combination of multiple regional companies that provided Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) equipment and service maintenance to critical power users. The company has been expanding nationally offering full-service tech coverage with a variety of different response times and agreement types.

As Unified Power has grown, so has the complexity of its sales organization. Executive Vice President of Channel Development, Robert Parrish recently decided it was time for new sales quote and proposal automation. The combined company was using two different solutions and neither was fully meeting its needs. Unified Power’s NetSuite enterprise resource planning (ERP) system offered some quoting capabilities, but would not allow reps to easily customize quotes or attach additional product information.

Parrish began researching quote and proposal automation solutions online. After evaluating Quosal, he knew he’d found the right fit for his multi-channel sales organization.
