Why Your Distributor Is An Invaluable Vendor Management Resource

While attending Ingram Micro's SMBA Invitational event last week, I met with several small to midsize VARs and MSPs that shared some of their business challenges with me. One recurring theme that emerged time and time again was vendor management.

Specifically, many resellers find it very daunting to get in touch with their tier-1 hardware or software vendors when they need help. One VAR I spoke with was Galen Lambert, CEO of Computer Solutions Inc. (CSI). CSI is a Kansas-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that specializes in network infrastructure and security.
