You Have Questions? CompTIA Probably Has The Answers.

When asked to give advice about how solutions providers can improve their businesses, I’m always sure to include joining industry organizations. The reason why is simple. Most provide a slew of member benefits and focused relevant education. Additionally, they’re usually pretty affordable to join. If you’ve been following my articles over the years, I’ve often directed retail-focused solutions providers to the RSPA (Retail Solutions Providers Association).

Last month, while in Chicago for our Channel Transitions Midwest conference, we stopped by the offices of CompTIA. If you don’t know about CompTIA, it is a nonprofit organization often recognized for its vendor-neutral IT certifications (e.g., A+ certification), education, and events. What I learned during my visit was that CompTIA provides so much more to the IT channel, and solutions providers of all types in all verticals would be foolish not to join.
