Toshiba's Ted Clark Sings RetailNOW 2014 Keynote Introduction

For the second year, Ted Clark, global business partner channel leader at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, introduced— with song — the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) RetailNOW keynote speaker. Clark’s introduction was inspired by keynote speaker Dennis Snow’s 20-year history with the Walt Disney World Company.

Snow, president of Snow and Associates, consults with organizations around the world about their specific customer service goals. His speech detailed creating a world-class service organization, something he mastered working with the Walt Disney World Company. Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions sponsored the keynote.

Last year, Clark introduced the keynote speaker with “corporate rap.”
