Video: How RSPA Is Helping VARs With The Transition To EMV

The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) is supporting its members with resources and information related to the U.S. migration to EMV. In this installment of BSMtv from the Retail IT VAR Of The Future Conference, May 12 to 13 at Bally’s, Las Vegas, Kelly Funk, president and CEO, says in response to member feedback on the need for EMV resources, the RSPA has devoted an area of its website, “EMV Central,” to content on the topic as well as information, tools, checklists, and updates. The association has also formed a committee focused on EMV and calls upon 17 experts in this area to provide guidance to members.   

In the interview, Funk also lists additional benefits of RSPA membership, including legal consultation, discounts on shipping services, networking opportunities, and discounted registration fees for RSPA events.
