Money 2020: Technology Is A Way To Customer Service

Jameson Publishing and Business Solutions magazine President Jim Roddy interviews to Larry Berlin, Vice President of First Analysis, in this Executive-To-Executive interview conducted at the Money2020 conference, held Oct. 6-10, 2013 at the Aria in Las Vegas.

Berlin points out that merchants are exploring how they can use new technolgies to best serve their customers and grow their businesses. Payment, once an ecosystem of its own, now has become a part of how merchants provide optimum customer experience.

“As much as things change, the most important things don’t change,” Berlin says. “Customer service is number one.”
